SOME KNOWLEDGES ABOUT VITAMINS

Good afternoon teacher and everyone:

As we know, VITAMINS are very important for our bodies. But there are 2 kinds of vitamins we should not take together.

They are:

IRON and VITAMIN E:

IRON increases the number of red cells in the blood and will stop you from becoming anemic.


VITAMIN E can help strengthen the fetus and placenta. It will make your skin healthier.


But we must remember that IRON and Vitamin E must never be taken together
because the effectiveness of VITAMIN E is destroyed by IRON.

Please have a good healthy life by taking the right vitamins. Build a strong body!

IRON increases the number of red cell in the blood and will stop you becoming anaemic as your body increases in volume and therefore tens to thin. It will also stand you in good stead if your lose your blood.

VITAMIN E can help strengthen the foetus and placenta. Improve the healthy skin......
But we must remanber IRON and vitamin E must never take together.
Because of the effectiveness of VITAMIN E is destroyed by IRON.

Please have a good healthy life by taking the right vitamins, and have more strong body.
