As we know that VITAMINS are very importand to our body. But there are 2 kinds of Vitamin can not take togather they are:
IRON and VITAMIN E.
IRON increasses the number of red cells in the blood and will stop you becoming anaemic as yours blood, in volume and therefore tends to thin. It will also stand you in good stead if you loss blood.
VITAMIN E can help you strengthen the foretus and placenta. Improve the body healthy skin......
We must remenber that VITAMIN E never take together with iron. Because the effectiveness of VITAMIN E is destroyed bye IRON.
